10 years ago, I was making hand sewn and printed bags for bike tools, from a small studio. In 2017 we have bags being used in 50 countries around the world, and have sold a total for 20 million bicycle bags. In 2012 we focused our research and development to on-bike bags and have been learning. Part of our success has been from our innovative Smartphone bags, which have now sold 4 million units in total.
Bicycle bags and luggage is our business.
We are always working to address the great challenge of consistent product and range improvement. We continue to invest in long-term research and extensive testing. We dig deeper into the original intention of these bags for riding and long distance traveling. We get insights from the cycling that happens around us in Shanghai, Greater China and the rest of the world to achieve the fundamental essentials of bike bags. We will continue to follow the brand philosophy of ROSWHEEL - “Essentials on the road”, from our original craftsman's spirit, to modern-day materials and techniques.
Some of our new materials thinking and technology is presented in the 2017 RACE collection, which use tear resistance SRN420 / SRN210 nylon fabric to increase the strength of the material, while reducing 30% of the weight, and insulating, food safe inner linings to store essential food for longer rides. These are representative of our direction for the next season
